Afghan Batsmen look to Overcome experienced Lankan Attack

One is struggling to find the perfection combination with lack of performance as an unit and also with injury concerns, the other just started to make strides in international Cricket a few years ago. But making most of it when the opportunities coming their way.
A perfect encounter to consider for both the sides at the early stage in super10, as Afghanistan and srilanka face on each other at the garden city of India. No match going to be predictable one in this unpredictable format, as every win counts and every loss costs with the structure of the format with teams involved.
Srilanka after their unsuccessful run in Asia cup and also in the previous series in 2015 consider themselves to be more productive to raise their standards. The match against Afghanistan will be a good time for them to build some sort of confidence, to take on top ranked teams later in the tournament.
Afghanistan on the other won matches quite comfortably in the qualifiers and hope to build on that to shake the struggling Lankans. Although it's not gonna be easy for  them, but if they play that they all have in a fearless attitude they can surprise any unit and won't be an upset for other teams.
The wicket at Eden gardens produced high scoring games so far in the practice matches and also in the match  between Pakistan and Bangladesh. It won't be any different on Thursday unless their is an concern about rain, once again runs are on cards than wickets.
Srilankan batting as struggled in recent times, but their bowling is smoething they look in to for inspiration even without Malinga. Afghanistan in the same time had performed well with the bat and ball, but hadn't tested their skills against non associate  nations and which they need to do to reach new heights within the limited opportunities.
The Lankans look to bank on the bowlers against the associates on the batting wicket, as Afghan seek build on the momentum in to super10. Meanwhile the contest lies between the young Afghan batsmen and experienced Lankan bowlers.
